Questions
How much does a food truck website cost?
Square’s website builder is free on Square Free, or $49 a month on Square Plus to use your own domain. Toast doesn’t publish its website price. Owner.com is $249 a month plus 5% of each order, or $499 flat. Happy Websites is $99 or $199 a month.
Do these platforms take a cut of my orders?
Square and Toast charge card processing fees on online orders. Owner.com adds a 5% fee that guests pay on every order, plus a 5% restaurant fee on its Flex plan. Happy Websites takes no cut; we link your Order button to the ordering app you already use.
Is there a contract?
Toast’s terms renew a year at a time unless you give 30 days’ written notice, and leaving early costs the rest of the term’s software fees. Square and Owner.com are month to month, and so is Happy Websites.
Should I keep Square or Toast?
Yes, if they run your register and ordering well. We don’t sell POS or ordering software. We build the website and link every Order button to the system you already use.
