- How do I cancel? Some only take it by phone, 30 days ahead.

Questions
Which veterinary website companies publish their prices?
Digital Empathy publishes everything: $2,750 to build, then $199 a month. LifeLearn lists WebDVM from $327 a month, VetMatrix says its plans start at $99 without pricing each one, and PetDesk doesn’t publish website prices. Happy Websites is $99 or $199 a month.
Do veterinary website companies require contracts?
Some do. VetMatrix sets a term in your order that renews for the same length, and PetDesk’s terms charge the whole term if you leave early. LifeLearn renews monthly or yearly, and Digital Empathy is month to month with 30 days’ notice. Happy Websites has no contract.
Do we keep our veterinary website if we leave?
Usually not all of it. LifeLearn keeps its software, content and template design, VetMatrix licenses the site to you, PetDesk keeps the website while handing over your logo and copy, and Digital Empathy keeps its software while you keep the content. With Happy Websites, you keep the site and the domain.
What do veterinary website companies include that Happy Websites doesn’t?
Depending on the company: pet health libraries, AI or live chat, client apps, and reminders and booking that sync with practice software. Happy Websites builds and runs the website and links your Book button to the booking you already use.
