Privacy policy

What we collect

• When you contact us: your name, your email address, your business name if you share it, and your message.
• When you browse the site: Google Analytics records the pages you visit, how you found us, your device and browser, and your approximate location (city level, never your address). It uses cookies to do this.
• When you send the contact form: Google reCAPTCHA checks that you're a person and not a bot, using information about your device and how you use the page. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

How we use it

• To reply to your message and talk about your website.
• To do the work if you become a client.
• To see which pages and ads bring people to the site, so we can improve both.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything unrelated to the above.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us run this site, and only so they can do that job:

• Postmark delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
• Google provides Analytics and reCAPTCHA. When we advertise on Google, Analytics also tells us which ads led to an inquiry.
• Our hosting provider runs the servers this site lives on.

We'd also share information if the law required it.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies so it can tell one visit from another. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.

How long we keep it

We keep messages as long as we need them to reply to you and to keep normal business records. Google Analytics deletes the details of individual visits automatically after a set period.

Children

This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
