Hours, rates, and the front door.
A 24-hour gym in Stillwater, Oklahoma was spending a dozen phone calls a week answering the same three questions.

The brief
Nearly every call to the front desk was one of three questions: what are your hours, what does it cost, and where are you. Those are answers that belong on a screen, not on a phone call in the middle of a training session.
What we built
✓
The three things people actually call about — 24-hour access, the day rate, and membership pricing — sit in the first screenful
✓
Program pages for the weight room, cardio floor, group classes, and personal training
✓
A gallery of the actual gym floor, not stock equipment
✓
A pricing page with no "call for pricing" anywhere on it
✓
Map, address, and hours in the footer of every page
✓
A loud, high-contrast type treatment that matches how the gym already talks
Why it works
Answering the boring questions in public is what frees up the phone for the interesting ones. Anyone who walks in has already read the hours and the price, so the conversation at the desk starts at the tour instead of the basics.

People show up already knowing our hours and day rates. Saves us a dozen phone calls a week.
