GoSite, quickly

How much does GoSite cost?

$299 or $349 a month.

Go Online covers the website, directory listings and website updates; Go Digital adds review requests, messaging, booking, estimates and payments. GoSite says yearly billing saves 25%, and a domain bought through it is $20 a year.

Does GoSite have a contract?

Yes, for the term in your order.

Its terms renew the agreement automatically unless either side gives written notice at least 30 days before the term ends, and fees are non-refundable. Customers in BBB complaints report 12-month terms.

How do you cancel GoSite?

In writing, 30 days before renewal.

Its help center says to email subscriptions@gosite.com for subscription changes. In 2026 it told the BBB that a request sent fewer than 30 days before renewal came too late, so the year renewed.

Do you own your GoSite website?

No. Your domain, yes.

Its terms keep what GoSite creates as its property, and it told the BBB its websites are proprietary and can’t be transferred. A domain it buys for you can move to your own account after 60 days.

How are GoSite websites built and edited?

Its team builds them and makes the edits.

Most sites are online in 10 to 20 days. You can’t edit the site yourself; changes go through a request form you can use as often as you like, and take 3 to 7 business days.

GoSite FAQ

Is GoSite legit?

Yes. GoSite, Inc. is a San Diego software company that sells websites and business tools to local service businesses, including auto detailers. It isn’t BBB accredited and has a C- rating, partly for not answering three complaints, and 1.2 out of 5 from 81 Trustpilot reviews, with the one-star reviews mostly about renewals, cancelling and charges.

How much does GoSite cost?

GoSite’s Go Online plan is $299 a month and Go Digital, which adds booking, payments, review requests and messaging, is $349 a month, billed monthly. It says paying yearly saves 25%. A domain registered through GoSite costs $20 a year.

Can I cancel GoSite anytime?

Not mid-term. GoSite’s terms renew your agreement automatically unless you give written notice at least 30 days before the term ends, and fees aren’t refundable. Customers in BBB complaints report 12-month terms that renewed because they asked to cancel too late.

Do I own my GoSite website?

No. GoSite’s terms keep what it creates as its property, and it has told the BBB that its websites are proprietary and can’t be transferred. Your domain is yours: if GoSite bought it for you, it can move it into your own account after 60 days.

Is Happy Websites a good GoSite alternative?

For the website, yes: Happy Websites is $99 or $199 a month with no term to renew, edits are unlimited, and you keep the site if you leave. GoSite’s $349 plan also puts booking, payments, review requests and messaging in one app, which we don’t sell.
